Cohort 2 starting August 1, 2026

The Problem

You've tried.
It hasn't worked.

You started the book club. You showed up to the happy hour. You said yes to girls' night and cancelled twice because you were post-call.

The connections never deepened. The group chats went quiet. And slowly, a thought crept in: maybe it's just me.

It's not you. It's that the way we've always been told to make friends was never designed for this life.

Unpredictable schedules. Emotional exhaustion. Years of moving, training, surviving and putting friendship at the bottom of the list every single time. You don't need more motivation to make friends. You need a different way in.

You don't need more motivation to make friends. You need a system designed for your actual life.

How It Works

A different way in.

Physician moms don't need more advice on self-care. They need someone who actually understands their life and a system that works around an unpredictable schedule, not against it. Off Service Mom Co. is a curated membership — personal matching, monthly virtual happy hours, coaching, and resources — built by a physician mom who needed exactly this and couldn't find it anywhere else.

01
Tell me who you are
Fill out a short intake questionnaire — 10 questions, 5 minutes. Your schedule, your values, and what you're craving in a friendship right now.
02
I make your match
I personally read every response and match you with another physician mom based on who you actually are, not just your specialty or location.
03
You connect — and keep connecting
Receive a personal match note, a guided first prompt, and access to your full membership — monthly virtual happy hours, a resource library, local in-person connection, and re-matching every 60 days.

Cohort 2

From quietly lonely
to genuinely connected.

The first cohort filled in just a few weeks. Cohort 2 launches August 1st — join the waitlist to be first in line.

Here's our process: you join through a cohort of 20 women every 8 weeks and are personally matched by me. After 8 weeks, your membership keeps going. You stay in the community with access to monthly happy hours, resources, and the option to re-match with someone new every 60 days. Our community grows richer with every cohort as members stay, deepen, and match again.

The Membership

Everything you need to go from quietly lonely to genuinely connected.

The personal match — I read every intake form myself and match you with someone who actually gets your life
Re-matching every 60 days — so you always have someone new to meet when you're ready
Monthly virtual happy hours — themed conversations designed for physician moms, not another Zoom meeting
A resource library — content built for this season of life, available whenever you need it
Local in-person connection — for members in the same city, because some friendships need to happen over coffee

CBG

Built by a physician mom
who needed it herself.

I'm Cassie Burton Greenbaum, MD. A pediatric critical care physician, wife to a wonderfully supportive husband, mom to a 4-year-old, and the woman who sat in her car after long shifts with her hand on her phone and no one to call.

I started a book club. A mahjong group. Met moms at the park. Went to fitness classes. I showed up, but the connections never deepened. After 12 years of training and 3 moves, I looked up and realized I didn't have the community I thought I would have by now.

I built Off Service Mom Co. because I couldn't find what I needed and I don't think I'm the only one.

This is not a side project. This is the thing I wish had existed for me.
